1. Booking Confirmation
All bookings must be reviewed and confirmed by Luxe Wellbeing Holistics before your appointment is secured. You will receive confirmation once your booking has been accepted.
Please ensure you complete any required consultation forms before your appointment. This helps us provide you with the best possible service.
2. Payment Terms
A booking fee is required to secure your appointment. This will be deducted from your total service cost.
The remaining balance is due at the end of your appointment.
We accept payment by cash, card, or bank transfer.
Prices are displayed in GBP and include all applicable charges.
3. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
You may cancel or reschedule your appointment with at least 24 hours' notice without penalty.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment time will result in loss of your booking fee.
No-shows will forfeit the full booking fee and may be required to pay in full before rebooking.
To cancel or reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible.
4. Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time to avoid delays for other clients.
The full service fee will still apply regardless of shortened treatment time due to late arrival.
5. Service Standards
We maintain high standards of hygiene and professionalism at all times.
If you are unhappy with your service, please let us know immediately so we can address your concerns.
Refunds are not provided for completed services unless there are exceptional circumstances.
6. Health and Safety
Please inform us of any health conditions, allergies, or concerns that may affect your treatment.
We reserve the right to refuse or modify treatments if we believe they may cause harm or are unsuitable for you.
You must complete all required consultation forms truthfully and completely.
7. Your Information
We collect only the information necessary to manage your bookings and provide our services.
Your personal data is kept secure and is never shared with third parties without your consent.
We will only contact you regarding your appointments and our services.
8. General Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Current terms will always be available during booking.
